Managing Patients
Daily Tasks
The Daily Tasks feature provides a prioritized worklist generated each morning, helping you focus on the patients who need attention most.
What Are Daily Tasks?
Section titled “What Are Daily Tasks?”Every day at 6 AM, the Hub analyzes your patient panel and generates a task list based on:
- Care gaps — Missing screenings, overdue preventive care
- Unanswered messages — Patient messages waiting for your response
- Abnormal lab results — Recent labs flagged as abnormal or critical
- Care plan deadlines — Goals with approaching target dates
- Overdue reviews — Care plans that need periodic review
Tasks are automatically prioritized so the most urgent items appear first.

| High | Orange | Should be addressed today (e.g., overdue care gaps, messages unanswered 24+ hours) |
| Medium | Yellow | Address when possible (e.g., approaching deadlines, recent abnormal labs) |
| Low | Green | Routine follow-up |

- Over 48 hours: Critical
Lab Review Tasks
