Explore & Navigate
Cleo can automatically map your EHR system and help you navigate quickly to any section. Run Explore once to map your EHR, then use Navigate anytime to jump directly where you need to go.
Explore
Section titled “Explore”The Explore feature systematically discovers all screens in your EHR and how they connect.
-
Log into your EHR and look for the Action Island at the top of your screen.
-
Click the menu icon and select Explore.
-
Wait approximately 2 minutes while Cleo maps the system.
-
Click View Map when complete to see all discovered screens.
During exploration, Cleo opens multiple tabs in your browser (you’ll see them appear), navigates through menus and buttons, identifies each screen type, and closes tabs when finished. You can continue working in your original tab.
A progress tracker shows screens discovered, navigation paths found, and overall progress. The final map displays all destinations with their page types.
