Hub Overview
The Aether Hub is a web-based dashboard designed for healthcare providers to view, manage, and act on patient data consolidated from multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
What is the Hub?
Section titled “What is the Hub?”The Hub serves as your central command center for patient care, bringing together data from various EHR systems into a single, unified view. Whether your patients are seen across multiple health systems or you’re integrating with different EHR platforms, the Hub gives you a complete picture.
Key Features

Patients are automatically categorized by risk level (Critical, High, Medium, Low) based on clinical findings.
Care Gap Detection
Identify missing preventive care, overdue screenings, and treatment gaps at a glance.
Secure Messaging
Communicate directly with patients through HIPAA-compliant, end-to-end encrypted messaging.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”-
Install the Cleo Extension: The Hub works in conjunction with the Cleo browser extension, which extracts patient data from your EHR systems.

Sign In: Access the Hub at hub.aether.inc using your Google Workspace account.

View Patients: As you navigate through patient charts in your EHR, data automatically populates in the Hub.

Invite Patients: Connect with patients by sending them an invitation to download the Halo app.

Communicate: Once connected, send secure messages and share care instructions with patients.
Patient Data Available
Section titled “Patient Data Available”The Hub displays the following clinical data for each patient:

System Requirements
